Measure from the ground to the center of your headlight. Now mark that height on the wall directly in front of each headlight.
With the lights on HIGH beam - center them where you've made your marks on the wall. I know this is a "shade tree mechanic" trick, but it's always served me well, no matter what vehicle I was driving.
