How do you answer the questions on this site?

You just be paitent and wait for somebody to answer your question.
You type your question in the green bar then click go! Simple! If it doesn't come up then you can submit it and someone may answer it! Keep checking to see if somebody has!

Well, you click the "Answer it" or "Improve button," type in an answer, and then click the Save button.

If you mean how do you know what to write, there are a lot of options... you could research the question on Google, and see if you can find the answer. If you do, don't copy it, but you can summarize and put in a link to where you found it. If you go to a category where you know most of the stuff, you can write in answers that you are certain of, or you can ask someone else who might know the answer, like a professor or a parent or a lawyer, or many other people depending on the category.

Click on your username (top left of the screen). At the bottom of the 'Recent contributions' box, is a link 'see all' - click that. On the new screen - there is a small box next to the words 'filter by' - click the down-arrow and select Questions (asked) or Questions (edited), then click the OK button.

Your questions are answered when someone with the knowledge comes across your question.

We have a large community here at WikiAnswers, but your answer will not be given unless someone knows the answer. Because this is a voluntary community your question could be answered any time between minutes, hours or days.

If your question relates to a medical emergency, you should see a doctor or visit a hospital for instant advice rather than waiting for a stranger on the internet to respond to you.

Make sure you categorise your question. Categorising in the correct categories guarantees a quicker answer from someone who specialises in the area of your question.
