The interviewer is looking for you to provide information about your knowledge and/or experience in doing parts of the job that they consider important. These are sometimes referred to as competency areas.
So, your answer would include a task or a problem that you solved, what actions you took and the result of your efforts.
Make sure that your example fits what the interviewer is looking for. To prepare, look at the job listing and work out what examples from your life fit and then prepare the description you will present.

I can use my skills, knowledge and experience and can share ideas with my colleagues which will help me to achieve the goals determined by the company.
A potential employer may ask what you can contribute to the company. You can provide a list of your soft skills such as dedication and punctuality. Also state your education and relevant work experience.

This answer will be different for everyone. One of your tasks during a job interview is to show your interviewer(s), as specifically as possible, how your knowledge, skills and/or abilities will help them solve a problem, improve their operation, etc. Therefore, the more you know about the company, the better.
As i am a fresher it doesn't matter whether it s contract or payroll basis because i need to use my skills and knowledge to contribute a small percent of success to the company where i work.
