Well follow these steps and see if they help:

.Give him the sign that you like him.

.Smile nicely at him if he smiles back then that means he's at least your friend.

.Once you know he's your friend then you know you could maybe have a chance.

.Don't say to him, "I love you" too quickly or it will make him thoughtful and he won't give you the answer as quick as you would like.

.Make him interested in you so you don't have to be embarrased if he makes a fool out of you.

.Now this ones good, if he annoys you a lot then he's flirting cause that's how boys flirt.

.Remember, if he has a girlfriend already then stay out of it you don't want to ruin something that could be a good relationship.

.If he doesn't go out with anyone and you've done everything else well, then you can make your move; remember find out if he likes anyone else before you make a move because he won't go out with you if he likes someone else.
