Your manager quizes you on how to make some random drinks and they ask you questions on how you perform certain duties that are in your training manual. If you get them right you are certified. Or you could get sent to a 3 day class but I don't know anyone who has gone to that.

The lemonade used by Starbucks is packaged exclusively for that purpose and not available for retail sale. The "brand" therefore does not exist. As a barista at Starbucks, the closest thing you will get to the Starbucks lemonade is Simply Lemonade. When we run out at our location that is what we use :)

Simply present the card to the barista when making your payment. If there's enough money on the card for the purchase, you're good to go. im not quite sure. but no. rustan coffee is (i think) part of the rustan company. rustan coffee is just the one who franchised Starbucks here in the Philippines.
