Well I am from the United States and have been in Ireland for a month now. The way that we have to call out here is to dial 001 first. So maybe you could try dialing that...Good luck!

Some Aussie feedback here - Dial: 0011 353 then the mobile number. For example, mobile network 'three' was assigned +353 83 xxxxxxx for all its Irish mobile services in July 2005.
If you are still having problems, give your telco a ring and they may assist.
Happy Dialling !
There would be no difference in phoning it if it is Ireland than if it was in Britain, so you would dial the number in the exact same way.

Dial the number the same way that you would if the mobile was in Ireland:
00 + 353 + (Irish number, dropping the initial 0)
(Note: you will still pay the rate for an international call to an Irish mobile.)
This will depend on the type of mobile phone you have. A 900Mhz phone or 1800Mhz phone will work in Australia.

just get there number and ring them
Replace the trunk prefix 0 of the UK number with 00 44.
Just dial the UK mobile number. It does not matter that the mobile is roaming in Ireland (or anywhere else); the network will automatically locate the mobile, and the roaming mobile user will pay any applicable roaming surcharges.
00 1 from a landline or +1 from a GSM mobile phone, followed by the area code and number.
To call an English mobile that is roaming in another country, dial the English mobile number exactly the same way you would if the mobile were in England. English mobile numbers begin with +44 74 through +44 79. On a GSM mobile, enter the number in international format, beginning with the plus sign. Otherwise, replace the plus sign with your international access prefix (most commonly 00, but many countries use other prefixes. Australia uses 0011 and other prefixes.).
In most international calls country code is entered first then city calling code and number. The calling code for Ireland is +353. Once the mobile number to call is established press 00353 before it minus the 0 and it should connect just fine.
Call forwarding system can actually be set up according to your preset answering rule. Example: You can forward call to another number when you are busy or forward calls to another number when call is unattended after certain number of rings. Easy call forwarding from your PC to your mobile phone is done if you have a desktop call control system.
No you cannot, you can call another mobile phone.
All Irish (Republic) mobile phone numbers start with 08 and the following digit denotes the network operator the number was originally registered with. Example 08 5(meteor network) 2993856
Enter the country code for Spain, +34, followed by the Spanish mobile number. If your mobile doesn't allow you to enter numbers in international format, substitute the 00 prefix for the plus sign.

Call forwarding can be set up according to your pre set answering rules. You can forward calls to another number when your line is busy. Also you can automatically direct calls to your home number, mobile phone number or voice mail when the call to your office phone is unanswered after certain number of rings.
