Well it will be quite difficult to be completely honest with you. Word is not really used for artistic composure of stuff like this. The best way would be to use Adobe Photoshop. The only thing you can really do in Microsoft word is paste images on a document and fit them as close together as you can make them. If you have a way of altering images (Such as feathering your images on the sides to make them fit together properly) then that might be best before pasting them into your Word document.
I have come across a similar problem of late too. All I had to do was reopen a new window paste the images again and press print. Every time I open a new document I had to repeat the process. It might be worth contacting Microsoft and informing them of the problem.
There should be a satellite icon or any icon on Google Earth that allows you to download the images and save it on a separate document.

Most OCR (Optical Character Recognition) programs have the facility to integrate many separate scanned images into a single document. If this is not possible then another method would be to open the first document and merge the others into that document and then save it.
