the BMW 320d is a diesel car therefore it does not have spark plugs as it uses pressure to ignite the fuel rather than a spark
it does however have glow plugs which function to heat the engine internally when starting and will show up on the dashboard display as a spring like symbol if they need changing
ie the light does not go out after the car starts rather it stays lit while driving then you need to change them
