If your blower motor only works on High speed it is a problem with the resistor block that used to produce different voltage levels for the different speeds. I always use a test light or multimeter to make sure I am getting voltage to the motor before I pull it. The motor is located just under the glove box on the passenger side. I remove the glove box then the panel below the glove box. I also go ahead and pull back the carpet and the padding under the motor. It is held in place by 3-4 bolts that take a 7-8 millimeter socket. I use a swivel extension for the back bolts. The motor with the fan blade attached is a tight fit, just keep wiggling and pulling it should come out. Try to remove the old moter without cracking the fan blade, because sometimes the replacement motor doesn't come with a blade.
