You remove the glove box door by opening it, and squeezing the sides in. Right behind the door you will see two screws holding the resistor, unplug it, remove the screws and pull resistor out.

The resister is right behind the glove box.
Usually if the resistor is bad the heater will only run on full blast.
It is over the passneger side strut tower, under the hood, in the firewall.
It is under the hood on the passenger side, up over the strut tower in the firewall.
Perhaps resistor packs on blower motors is defective and need replacement
Resistor is located behind the blower motor assembly.
