There is no clutch cable. The clutch is actuated hydraulically. It's like a little version of the hydraulic brakes, with its own master and slave cylinder and hydraulic line.
If your clutch isn't disengaging when you press the pedal, and it's not anyting internal in the clutch (pressure plate, etc), you need to replace the entire hydraulic system. It comes as a sealed unit -- master, line and slave. Rather than copy and paste the whole procedure, you can find it on AutoZone's web site at:

how to i change a clutch in a 1993 ford ranger
The 1993 Saturn used a self adjusting hydraulic clutch system on the manual transmission vehicles. As such, the clutch never needs adjustment. If you're having trouble with the clutch, it is most likely because of a worn or damaged clutch assembly.
if the clutch is cable yes there is an adjuster down beside the transmission follow clutch cable
adjust the clutch cable on top of the trans. adjust the clutch cable on top of the trans.
You don't because there isn't one. Your car has a hydraulic clutch--there's a master cylinder on the pedal and a clutch cylinder on the side of the transmission.
1993 Infiniti G20 does not have a hydrolic clutch! It has a cable, that runs under the intake stuff.

On the 94, the clutch gable goes through the firewall at the top on the drivers side of the engine compartment. The adjustment is where the cable meets the firewall.
