So the 2001 Honda civic ex has 2 fuse boxes. one is located inside the vechicle. you want to go to this one. next take off the cover. you will see all the little fuses along with 2or3 bigger ones. if you look closely to the top right of those you will see where the flasher goes. whola. now i think you have to be hoodeenie to change it but at least you know where it is :)
