How do you change a fuel pump in a 1993 Chevy S10 Blazer with a 4.3 engine?

you must drop the fuel tank. the fuel pump is inside the fuel tank.unhook battery first as we dont want any sparks while working near gas and electrical connections. then remove mouting bolts to un secure the gas tank from frame this will allow you room to disconnect fuel lines. then remove tank and then fuel housing. to remove fuel housing you will need to bend metal tabs. then rotate fuel housing counter clockwise to remove at this point you will see fuel pump and float assembly. access granted.
