It's behind the big bracket with the water lines running through it and behind all the belts. Pulling the alternator will give you room to work. BE CAREFUL pulling the bracket off! It breaks easily. Cylinder head gasket torque specs on 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix 3.1 L V-6
i will like to know where is the mark on a grand am 3100 grand am thx
wher is location of heat sensor on 2003 grand prix 3100
not positive on a 3100 grand am motor, but for fact a buick 3800 six cylinder can be fitted. i don't know if you need to change the trans or not, but with some engine mount modifications it should be an easy swap.
what does the grand am have in it now
yes.. i have a 99 grand am gt come stock 3400 and i put a 3100 in it.. runs perfect..
Should be just above and in line with crankshaft pulley
It should be a 50/50 mixture of water and antifreeze.
This has already been answered in this forum, please scroll through and you will find it
its easy if you go though the passagers side wheel well if this is on 3100 or 3400
yes you can use the 3400 in your car if it has the 3100 in it, just take the intake off of the 3100 and use it on the 3400 and install back into the car. works fine, i just done it to my 1999 grand prix, it gave it more power and the CPU will adjust the settings for you.
