The switch is located on the left side of the steering column, underneath the dash. You will have to remove the lower dash panel and some of the ductwork to gain access to it. You will need either a 5/16" or 8MM driver to remove the two screws that hold it to the column.

Yes, the dash light dimmer switch is located next to the headlght switch. You rotate it one way and the lights dim out, rotate it the other way and they get brighter, keep rotating it that direction and the interior light comes on.
