it can be any thing from 4 two 12 hours if things don't go your way... drop the subframe take out the gear sillinder and you can get the room you need two change clutch good look
aproxamently 1200 $
no you dont
the fly wheel is the thing that goes on a mondeo, so you better do that @ he same time as the clutch, but you are looking at £800 -1000 all in, but only use original ford parts, not patnt, cos u will regret it on the mondeo
you need to suspend the body best on a 2 poster ramp/lift , then remove the subframe and suspension rack etc, hold engine on a engine crane.
We saw 36~38 around town, 42+ on longer runs. Now getting 50+ with an 07 plate 2TDCI Mondeo. We saw 36~38 around town, 42+ on longer runs. Now getting 50+ with an 07 plate 2TDCI Mondeo. We saw 36~38 around town, 42+ on longer runs. Now getting 50+ with an 07 plate 2TDCI Mondeo.
how adjast timing chain for mondeo 2005
yes A manual gearbox has a dual mass flywheel An Autobox has a single
Yes. I've a 2004 mondeo tdci and the dual mass flywheel went at 110,000 miles. It began with starter problems -sometimes working, sometimes not engaging. There was a build up of dust on the starter cog from the disintigrating flywheel. It cost about £650 to replace (including clutch) have had the same problem and had to replace the flywheel and clutch.. after 65000 miles..mechanic was not impressed with the mondeo flywheel and replaced it with a passat part
