it is Easy , Just highlight the word or scentence you want to change the color of and then Change the Color in the Icon that Appears maybe on the right or in the middle with an " A " letter under it a colored line with red then choose the color that you want.
Resave the document into your my documents folder, and change the colour (don't forget to save it again afterwards!)
