below the dash on passenger side at the very right you'll see the blowing motor, just behind of it you'll see a two hex head screws, remove it and you'll have a PCB, just disconnect it and replace it. Advise: use 5/16" box scre driver.

If you look underneath the glove compartment you can see the resistor. It will have 4 wires running to it. It is held in by two screws. I believe it takes an 8 mm socket. The screw in front is easily visible. There is another in back. Take out the screws and the resistor will slide down and out. However, if you are blowing resistors, you may have a blower motor that is going bad. It won't hurt to replace the resistor but if it goes out again, look into replacing the blower motor.
