Hi,
The hard part about changing the turn signal bulb is getting the light assembly out. But that is not really that hard. There are three "wing nuts" that hold the turn signal and headlight assemblies to the frame of the van. You have to remove the wing nut that is closest to the outside of the van and then pull the turn signal and side marker assembly straight out. This will allow you access to the bulb sockets at the back of the assembly.
At that point you just remove the socket, pull the bulb straight out, and put the new bulb. I always like to test that the bulb is working before putting things back together. Once you have verified that it works, line up the tabs at the back of the assembly with the frame hole and push it back in place. Then reinstall the wing nut and you are all set.
