It's located under the intake manifold. You must pull the intake manifold to replace it, Mine went out at 280000 miles.

Assuming it's a V8, the starter solenoid is attached to the starter, which is on top of the engine, beneath the intake manifold.
remove intake manifold.

The intake manifold is to the right of the valve covers. The throttle body attaches to it. If that is what you are talking about then that is the Plenium. the plenium attaches to the intake manifold right beneath it.
No there is not a water jacket in an intake manifold they are around the cylinder walls in the engine block.

If your Tundra has a 4.7 L v8 then be prepared for a long job. The starter is under the intake manifold and takes about 4 hours to take the intake manifold, fuel injection and some cooling parts off just to get to the starter. It is not impossible and I did it and save about 600.00 in mechanics fees. Check other chat sites for more information. Good luck.
You either have to remove the intake manifold. Or If you have small hands like me and remove them very slowly from the side of the intake system
