And of course reference your Buell Motorcycle owner's manual; the shop/service service manual (~$60 from your dealer) is highly recommended. BadWeB also has an online copy of the old Buell Lightning service manual. Other than dipstick and oil filter locations/types, the procedure for changing oil in Buell air-cooled motorcycles hasn't changed much if at all since that manual was published. See link below.
