You need to put the truck on a lift and look under the forward bumper(by the fog lights) there should be a plug going into the fog light assymble. Push it in and twist, it will be a tight space to work in but once it is out the bulb is easy to replace. ***Be sure not to touch the replacement bulb with your fingers cause the grease on your fingers will cause the bulb to over heat and burn-out(use surgical gloves)***
Open hood, there will be 2 black metal slide locks in the back of the light assembly. After that, work the light assembly out the front, disconnect the plug and change out the light.

The way that you change a high mount brake light on a 2007 Taurus is by first prying the light assembly from the housing. You then push rearward to remove it from the retaining clips. From outside,take a screws out to get light assembly loose and remove light socket from back of assembly and channge your light bulb,then put it back.
Remove the headlight assembly to gain access to the parking light socket/bulb.
