Do you mean the compressor? If so, you should know that the system needs to be discharged prior to removal, and recharged after installation. In the US, Canada and Japan at least, the handling of the refrigerant must be done (legally) by a licensed mechanic due to environmental issues. Other than that, the mechanical procedures are fairly direct. I suggest picking up a Haynes or Chilton manual. It will give you specific directions. FriPilot
