If you're talking car air filter it's pretty straightforward. Go to a Wal-Mart/Advance/PepBoys/etc and look up your make and model to get the type of air filter. It should also be in your owner manual. Find the air filter cover under the hood. This may be the longest process, but they usually reside on the right side, midway back. Some (our Toyota) have a rectangular case about 1 foot by 18 inches. It has clips. My Focus is a little larger, and has screws. In any case, you just open up the housing, take the old out, put the new in.
You can't. The Sienna didn't have them until 2004.
