The clock light is an integral part of the clock and is not replacable by itself

There is no back light for the clock. The clock numbers are actually LED's - there is no way to replace them - the entire clock will have to be replaced.
You can not just change the bulb. You need the whole clock

I need to change the rear driver side tail signal . I do not know how to get at the bulbs . Do I have to take the whole inside panel off?
Pull off your radio bezel. On the back side of the clock is a little black plastic nut. If I recall about a 6mm. Twist that out and there is the bulb. From What I have found it is only availble at the dealer.

There is a time set right above hazzard light
Remove the decorative cover from the face of the clock. Remove the retaining screws from the clock. The light will be in the back of the clock. Push the light in and turn at the same time to remove the light. Reverse the process to install the new light.
These are called dash bulbs and can be bought on eBay or your local autoparts store for less than a dollar.
