easiest way to change back 3 plugs on a 3.0 engine is to remove the assembly where the windshield wiper motor and other components are enclosed. takes about 20-minutes but will save hours of hassle. remember to re-attach hose for windshield washer when re-installing the components. when you remove the wiper arms use caution because the cover for the arms are the absolutely cheapest plastic made. good luck!
