those are a pain in the ass to get out, the best way is to get a ratchet with two short extensions and a knuckle joint on in the middle as well as on the socket that way you can menuver it there, if you don't have or dont want to buy all of those tools, then Sears has what they call a worm extension, its like a extension except it is made out of bendable cable so you can snap the socket on and snake it in there.
