How do you change the blower motor on a 1995 Cadillac Eldorado?

It is on the fire wall (center), un-plug the connector, remove the three screws that holds the blower in place, on top of the blower motor is a inspection cover that has two screws, I removed them first, you do not have to remove the weight that is on the out side (three screws) un less you think it is in you way, good luck.
