You will need a specail puller to get the balencer off. First remove the belt by using a 18mm wrench on the tensioner. Then raise the passenger side of the car and remove the left front wheel. Then remove the plastic shroud from inside the wheel well. You can now access the balencer, remove the bolt out of it and use the puller to pull the balencer off the end of the crankshaft. This may be a job best suited to a pro.
