You will have to take the AC belt off first, then the alternator belt.

According to the Gates website ( they make timing belts etc. ) the 2.0 liter and the 2.2 liter in a 1992 Toyota MR2 are NON interference engines

The Toyota MR2 factory recommendations say to change the belt at 90,000 miles. If the belt runs past its use and the belt can snap leading to complete engine failure.
