Lie under the front bumper by the fog lights and look up and you'll see through a hole, that's cut in the bottom of the facia, the whole mounting bracket and how it's attached. The rest is up to your mechanical abilities. Reverse for installation.
I found it here, http://maxima.bryanb.com/fog/fogrewire.htmlIt's detailed with lots of pictures along the way. Hope this helps!
Just replaced the headlight bulbs in a 98 Grand Cherokee that had the same problem. It had the wrong bulbs in it. It had 9007's in it. Calls for 9004's.
grand marquis
above the radio. above the air vents.
splice together both stripped wires for headlights and run your projector lights to your fog lights or park lights
Wire tap it to the wire of the lens that's on the side of the bumper. Or just connect the copper and wrap it in electrical tape.
The fog light switch on the 98 Mystique is on the headlight switch. When you turn on the headlights, pull the switch towards and the fog lights should come on. Here is a link to the owners manual for the 98 Mystique http://www.analogstereo.com/pdf/om/mystique_owners_manual_1998.pdf

IN OUR '98 I HAD TO GO UNDER THE VEHICLE AND REMOVE THE WHOLE ASSEMBLY FROM THE BACK. THERE'S PROBABLY A BETTER WAY, BUT THAT'S HOW I DID IT. ARM YOURSELF WITH PATIENCE. THERE IS NO EASY WAY ! Gene T.
i dont think you can but my dad has a 98 grand am gt with that (they've had that since 96) and it stopped working and now you have to turn the lights on manually..
