1)Jack up the vehicle and put on jackstands 2)Remove the front wheels 3)Remove the 2 bolts in the back the the calipers, then hang the caliper with a clothes hanger on the spring or control arm (trailing arm on a galant if you want to get technical) 4)clean off everything 5)put the new rotors on the hub (note: tighten a lug nut over it so the rotor wont fall off) 6)replace the pads 7)reinsert the caliper and torque the 2 bolts to about 38 ft/lbs of torque 8)put the wheels back on and torque to 80 ft/lbs of torque 9)test drive it and listen for any abnormal noises
