I have a 1998 Cavalier and I couldn't figure it out until I watched my mechanic do it:)
The headlight assembly has to come completely off, and then down below that, you will see the signal light assembly.
To get the headlight assembly off, there should be some screws under neath the plastic housing that has to be removed first, Undo the screws ad presto:)
Reach behind the bumper of the 99 Cavalier. There are two nuts that hold the turn signal assembly in. Remove the nuts to take the assembly off and replace it.
pivture to change right turn signal
you would have to change the bumper and fenders on your sunfire to get the hood to fit but to start off u would have to change the front bumper clip to interchange bumpers
reach up under front bumper and twist the bulb out.
You have to remove the grill, front bumper, and plastic protector under the car. It is a terribly poor design and a nightmare when you have to remove the bumper to replace ANY of the front lights.
yes. but you have to change the hood, lights, bumper and maybe fenders. you can also put a sunfire front end on. it may require a little bit of wiring for the lights but for the most part it is bolt on.
In order to change the signal light, you need to look under the bumper. There are 5 to 6 bolts that need to be removed in order to remove the cover.Ê
The horn is located behind the front bumper fascia
The 1973 ventura had a hole in the bumper for the front signal light, the 1974 had a slit in the front bumper with the signal light at the edge
The horn is located behind the front bumper fascia
it is inside the front right bumper by the marker light
