I have NOT done this, but after reading many of these posts, it looks like its located within the gas tank or attached thereto. It looks like the tank is attached by only straps and once the tank is dropped, the process should be much clearer. Use this info at your own risk! The 1987 Chevrolet Suburban Scottsdale fuel pump relay switch can be found on the firewall in the engine compartment. The fuel pump relay switch will be on the passenger side of the firewall.
