How do you change the fuel pump on a Ford EA Falcon It has a carburetor not Fuel Injection. Apparently the tank has to be removed?

your Ford ea has central fuel injection it looks like a carby but it has 2 fuel injectors in the centre of the throttle body they may need replaceing and the fuel pump is an easy task to do their is an inspection plate in the boot under the carpet on the left hand side their is 6 screws holding the inspection plate on then when u got the plate off you will see the fuel sender unit and 2 fuel hoses unplug the wires and the hoses then undo the black ring that's holding the sender down once u have that undone lift the sender out and the fuel pump will come out with it
