Follow up. For the front passenger side headlamps, remove the air cleaner assembly by removing two screws securing it and maneuver the air cleaner case out - the whole thing will come out. Look behind the headlamps and you'll notice two big round rubber lids (2.5 inches big) on the back. Remove the one for the headlamp you need to change - they just pop off. Free the lamp you want to replace by turning the socket its in a quarter turn and pull out the socket. Its a small area to work in. Once the socket is free, remove the lamp by carefully prying the plastic latch that secures it. Once removed, replace with the new lamp. As always instructed, be careful not to touch or get any dirt on the new halogen lamp as this may overheat the lamp and cause it to burst. Halogen lamps are filled with pressurized gas. Replace the socket in alignment and quarter turn back into place. Its a small fit and may require patience to get the socket in alignment. Once in place, turn on the vehicle lights to be sure it works before putting the air cleaner assembly back.
