I have this same kind of car w/ a 3.0 L V-6. And thought my heater core went out but it's actually just leaky. It's located behind the dash, locate the floor vent, and basically..its just above that. It's a job and a half, very time consuming and extremely frustrating. I'd recommend taking it to a trust worthy garage and have them do it. The heater core itself isn't that expensive, but after you have someone install it, you wouldn't believe it.
it's leaking coolant. Needs to be replaced.
Nothing. Not even a little bit of heat.
Im asking how to change the heater core. I don't have the answer.
You take it to a AutoTech.
Hi their should be a diagrahm on or around the fan shroud
Bel Tempo ended in 1992.
If it is anything like a 91 Ford Tempo, then the wiper motor is on the passenger side near the vent duct for the air conditioning/heating system under the hood. There should be a plastic cover over the length of the firewall that covers the vent duct, washer fluid and the wiper motor.
what kind of fule pump is in a 1992 ford tempo
you dont, a mechanic does
Possibly low coolant level, or temperature control door either set to cold or not working correctly.
Take the old one out and put the new one in. Located in the fuel tank.
