check your fuel pump, alot of magnas had faulty fuel pumps and due to your car stalling and splattering would be due to the fuel pump.

as far as i can remember, the six cylinder ba falcons don't have leads, they have individual coil packs.
Checking and/or changing the ignition leads to the spark plugs. Solved my problem with this. Also solved the percieved problem with the clutch shudder when taking off.
If your question concerns the ignition on some cylinders of a motor, then faulty ignition leads or a dirty distributor should be checked.

The easiest way to test ignition coils on a 1992 Mustang 2.3 is to use an ohmmeter on the leads going into the coils.
Use jump leads from another vehicle or charge your battery on the car
the spark plugs on a 106 should be in the top of the engine on earlyer models you should see 4 leads conected to them. a later model may not have ignition leads but a sort of ignition pack on top of the engine. the plugs would be under this.
