In hopes of saving somebody the frustating hour-plus I just spent dealing with this insanely stupid design:
1) turn the steering wheel all the way to the right to get the left front wheel out of the way.
2) look in the left front wheel well, inside the fender. You'll see a round hatch cover you can turn and pop off
3) I guess that hole is supposed to give you room to remove the bulb but I have a small hand and there's so much junk in the way I--
4) removed the 3 or 4 screws that hold the wheel well lining in place and folded that back out of the way, tucking it above the tire; I got a bit more room to work this way.
5) there's a framing piece and a big wire bundle blocking access to the light bulb; you'll need to work around that
6) disconnect the wire harness connected to the lightbulb socket. there's a little clip you'll have to push to unlock the wire harness from the bulb socket. You might need a little flashlight to see it. You need to do this in order to be able to twist the socket assembly in step 7. There's not enough room to twist it if the wire harness isn't released.
7) once the harness is released, twist the bulb socket assembly counter-clockwise; it will loosen up; there are little tabs on the assembly that are different sizes and which align with slots in the hole in the bulb goes through; as you twist, the tabs will line up with the slots and you can pull the socket assembly out.
8) doing your best not to curse the designer of this idiocy and his lineage to ten generations, work the assembly past the frame member, the big wire bundle, and pull the assembly free
9) pull out the bulb and replace it with a new one
10) do all the above in reverse and you should be done
11) mistake I made: before I realized you have to disconnect the wire harness from the socket before you can remove the socket, it looked to me like I could pop the back of the light socket (the thing the wire harness plugs into) off of the part of the socket that holds the bulb. DON'T DO IT! I broke the socket into two parts (it's two parts that are very lightly connected) and had to glue them back together.
Now that I know how to do this, I'm sure it'll only take 30 minutes which leaves me the rest of the hour to curse the designer of this idiocy and his lineage to 10 generations. Elsewhere on the web I see someone described this task as a simple operation. He or she must be a brain surgeon.
That is one way to do it
For me, I removed the hex bolt from the top of the headlight lens and three nuts behind the light and everything pulled out from the front for easy access.
One gentle turn and the designers family is safe for ten generations

The only difference between the Dodge Grand Caravan and the Dodge Grand Caravan Sport is mostly aesthetic. The side cladding on the Sport model is the same color as the body of the vehicle, the spoiler is visible, and there are other convenience items. It also has a firmer suspension than the Grand Caravan.
Go to the dodge place and ask THEM to remove it
You don't change the belt because it has a timing chain.
It is on top of gas tank. Tank must be lowered to change the filter.
Trim packages. I have a sport model and it is longer than my friend's model.
