Disconnect the battery. Probably not actually necessary but better safe than sorry now days. Remove the 2 Philips head screws holding the plastic beauty ring around the panel. Remove the beauty ring. Remove the (4) screws holding in the instrument cluster. Carefully pull the panel out and turn over. The lights are sticking out of the back and just turn out of the socket. Replace lights and reverse removal. Its not a real big job.
The lower driver side dash panel also needs to be removed to expose the bottom (2) of (4) screws that hold the instrument cluster in place. The dash panel is held in place by clips - just pull carefully, left driver side first.
If your Steering wheel column is adjustable, then adjust to lowest level as this will help with removing the instrument cluster. The instrument cluster has a rear protective cover that is held in place by multiple ABS/plastic clips. Carefully undo all of them to expose dash light sockets (5) that are color gray. Replace with 192 OEM or 168 bulbs (substitute - maybe brighter) from local Auto Part Store. Hint: replace all of them if you have come this far.
I am not a mechanic and I did it, but the credit goes to Floyd1022. Thanks!
on your car the flasher is located behind the instrument cluster beside the hazzard lights button.
dash lights looks like an engine
Check your battery cables. I had same issue
Sounds like a blown fuse?
The meaning of a dashboard warning light on an Oldsmobile Intrigue could be a variety of things. There are different lights for different things for different years of that model. It could be a service engine, check oil, sensor check, or more. The owners manual should have a listing of warning lights included in it.
Did you try just turning the ignition key ON but not starting and looking at your dash lights? Usually the dash will light up all lights as a sort of check system.
u need a new high/low switch
Probably a bad or mis-adjusted brake light switch

You should specify which bulb. As is, we don't know if you're talking about headlights, tail lights, or any other number of bulbs that vehicle requires.
Take out the entire instrument by removing three screws: two are above the instrument and the third is hidden below next to the streering column. With the instrument out you can access the lights easily.
