You take it to an auto shop and have them do it
There are 3 relays there location are on the driver side of the dash open your door to locate the access panel and there is one by its self at the bottom right of the fuse block and then there are 2 together on the bottom left.
You will have to get a short screew driver to get to the back distributor cap locks. Are you can mark the distributor and then loosen the hold down bolt and rotate it so you can get to the locks on the cap.
They are designations of trim levels. The Cheyenne is usually optioned only slightly better than a work truck with manual windows, locks and rubber floors but they are still options, The Silverado is the higher trim model with a higher base price and more standard features like power windows, mirrors, locks and carpet with bucket seats and alloy wheels. .

remove the differential cover,remove pinion shaft lock bolt,withdraw the pinion shaft part way,then rotate the dif untel the touches the case give you enought room to access the C-locks on the axle remove the C-locks,insert the pinion shaft back in,pull axles out,you need a slide hammer with a axle bearing remover attachmment to remove and bearing driver or a large socket reinstall good luck....haynes repair manual wll show you step by step
