Take the oil plug off with a 14mm wrench and drain the oil into a pan. Then, put the plug back in. Remove the filter and drain that oil into a pan and replace the filter with a PH3980 fram oil filter. After that, fill the truck with five quarts of 5W30 motor oil. Shouldn't take you over 15 minutes. why do people ask qusetions like this????
