Don't assume that low oil pressure is caused by a failed oil pump. It's usually worn bearings requiring a complete engine rebuild. It would be unfortunate to go to all of that trouble and find that it didn't really solve anything. Before you replace the oil pump, disassemble the old one and check for excessive wear on the gear surfaces.

5W30 I believe is the recommended oil, check the factory service manual or the owners manual. Also under the hood will be a sticker with such info.

It is on the drivers side of the motor directly below the throttle body and air intake and is positioned behind the alternater.
your oil pump is located behind the lower timing cover. to replace you will have to drop oil pan pull crank gear off and then lower timing cover
