removal of the spark plugs is pretty straight forward. Just pull up on the spark plug boot. You will need a 5/8 socket and driver. Make sure you look at the inside of the spark plug wire to see if it is burnt or not. if so replace the wires as well. The front come off with ease, the reaers are a little more tricky. For this i recomend a hand ratchet. There like 5 dollars and worth not battling the firewall. the hand ratchet will fit behind the engine where the socket driver will not. Make sure when putting the new spark plugs in you do not cross thread them hand start them all. Also make sure not to over tighten them they should be snugg but not tight. Hope this helps

The PCV valve should be on top of the valve cover at the back. The valve just plugs in, and slides out of the rubber hose.
Open hood look at engine, should say 3300 or 3100 or something, then that means it'd be 3.3 or 3.1 Then count the spark plugs or spark wire.
There are several drain plugs on that vehicle, radiator (coolant), block (coolant), engine oil, trans oil, etc. There are usually located at the lowest point of that particular system.

If it has fuel Injection the Injectors are dirty, get some about 10 cents worth of diesel and add to you fuel and it will clean them.
our 99 buick lesabre had the same problem. WE had to change the bcm and the ign. switch plus have 2 neew keys made. But if yours will turn over it could be in the distributor check for fire at plugs.
