The air shocks on your Expedition are easily changeable. Most of the time its a remove and replace situation. There are so many parts to the air suspension system that if you are not comfortable changing them I would say to take your vehicle to a mechanic.

My husband thought that the rear passenger side air bag was busted on our Expedition until we bought and replaced both bags in the rear. It was the start of a costly experience.
