THE MAIN SEAL IS A TWO PIECE SEAL LOCATED AT THE BACK OF THE BLOCK. YOU NEED TO DROP THE TORQUE CONVERITOR COVER. REMOVE THE THREE BOLTS HOLDING THE TORQUE CONVERITOR TO THE FLYWHEEL. THEN REMOVE THE SIX BOLTS HOLDING THE FLYWHEEL ON. NEXT REMOVE THE TWO 13MM REAR CORNER PAN BOLTSAND THE STUDS. AFTER REMOVING THE FLYWHEEL YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEE A ALUMINUM RING BOLTED TO THE BACK OF THE BLOCK THAT IS THE MAIN SEAL IT IS HELDED ON BY FOUR 10MM BOLTS AND THEN THE WHOLE ASSEMBLY SHOULD SLIDE OFF. BE CAREFUL OF THE PAN GASKET BETWEEN THE RING AND PAN. (I choose to change my pan gasket and oil at the same time as I change this seal.)

You will need to pull the transmission out or the engine out, which ever is the easiest for you. It has a solid round rear main seal that goes over the back of the crankshaft were the fly-wheel bolts to it.
Motion can be reversed by switching both main and auxiliary windings and connecting capacitor in series with other winding (which will be main winding) :P :)
first change the blower resistors first , way easier and #1 cause of motor dead. after main switch and fuse. the procedure is long and hard. you need to go to the library and print out the chiltons e-sources on that .
