How does one disable their watchlist?
You can clear your WikiAnswers watchlist of questions by selecting "My Watchlist" in the left sidebar, then selecting "Click here to change the list", then "Deselect All" and then "Remove Questions" under "Watched Questions". You can elect to stop receiving e-mail notifications of changes to your watched questions & categories by selecting "My Settings" and unchecking "A daily digest of new unanswered questions in my watchlist categories and notifications about updated answers from my watchlist" and then "Submit Settings".

It's possible that you are watching a Category rather than specific questions. Check to see if you have any categories ticked off in your watchlist settings.

Yes, but only if you are set to receive email updates for questions on your watchlist. You can check your email settings by clicking on the wrench icon at the top right of this page. This will take you to a settings page which will allow you to change what email updates you receive, and let you update other relevant information.
