The spark plugs are under the coil packs located along the top of the motor. You must remove the resonator box from the air intake system first to access the coil packs.
The coil packs are held down by long but relativly small bolts and care must be taken to loosesn them as they may snap off if you crank on them hard. try tapping them lightly before you try to loosen them.
When you pull up the coil packs the plugs are in the well. Do not overtighten. It is an aluminum head and you do not want to strip the threads.
Use only AC Delco Iridium replacements. They work well and are a reliable plug for 100,000 miles.
