Disconnect battery.
Locate starter, it's under car where engine and transmission meet.
If you must raise vehicle, ensure it is properly supported!!!
Remove bolts securing wires to starter, then remove bolts secureing starter.
Install new part in reverse order of removal.
Tip: Use a 6 point socket to loosen bolts securing starter
