Unless you know where the timing marks are, and have done this a few times at least, save the aggravation, and take it to a garage. If you don't get it exactly right, and you crank the engine, you'ld just end up in doing more damage because you'll be running the pistons into the tops of the open valves, and vice versa. Save the money and let a professional do it.
